The Member of Parliament for Keta, Kwame Dzudzorli Gakpey, has expressed his readiness to collaborate with any Municipal, Metropolitan, or District Chief Executive (MMDCE) appointed to serve in the area.
He emphasised that development should not be hindered by political differences, noting that the progress of the municipality must remain the top priority. According to him, regardless of who is selected for the position, his office will maintain an open-door policy and work in partnership to advance projects that benefit the people of Keta.
The MP stressed the importance of unity between local and central government representatives, stating that cooperation is key to accelerating infrastructure, improving social services, and creating opportunities for residents.
He further assured constituents that he is committed to fostering harmony and ensuring that governance at the local level remains focused on results rather than partisan interests. By working together, he said, the municipality can attract more investment and address pressing developmental challenges.
The Keta lawmaker concluded by urging stakeholders to support the incoming MMDCE and prioritise collaboration to ensure sustained growth and transformation in the area.
