The leadership of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) has engaged staff in the Central Region, reaffirming its commitment to youth empowerment, improved working conditions, and staff welfare.

The meeting formed part of ongoing efforts by the agency’s management to strengthen internal relations and enhance service delivery across its regional offices. It also provided a platform for open dialogue between leadership and staff on operational challenges, expectations, and areas for improvement.

During the engagement, the YEA leadership underscored the importance of staff dedication in driving the agency’s mandate of creating sustainable job opportunities for young people across the country. They reiterated that the welfare of employees remains a key priority, alongside initiatives aimed at equipping the youth with relevant skills and employment pathways.

Staff in the Central Region welcomed the interaction, describing it as timely and encouraging. They raised concerns and suggestions aimed at improving working conditions and boosting efficiency in programme implementation.
